Oceano Rentals is a full-service property management and vacation rental company in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering beachfront homes, condos, and villas for short-term stays.

Improve the property booking experience, clearly communicate each property’s features, and redesign the website to appeal to a younger audience while still meeting the needs of existing users.
We began by conducting a UX audit based on design heuristics in order to identify issues with the current site and give us direction on how to approach the redesign.
At the end of the design process, we conducted testing sessions to validate the entire booking flow and identify any gaps in the user experience.
