I bake my own bread, here's the recipe:
- 260 grs all-purpose flour
- 60 grs whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp of yeast
- 3 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of honey
Bake at 180 ºC for about 40 minutes.
She's the most talkative cat I've ever met.
My favourite track is God Gave Me Feet For Dancing.
Leave the dough grow overnight, it will make the bread spongy.
